    Our surveyors have an average seniority of 15 years. They undergo an initial one-day theoretical and IT training. They are then regularly monitored during study briefings, training sessions, support, and quality checks…

    • Interviews conducted using Confirmit, a CAPI solution recognized for its reliability and efficiency.
    • Surveyors are systematically provided with a quota/route sheet, most often sent directly to their multimedia tablet.
    These work documents specify the survey locations (geographical area: town, district, site address), research instructions (Survey Plan: location to be respected, quotas) and specific guidelines on the method, questionnaire, and use of survey equipment (instructions, plans, surveyor manual).
