Our activity is entirely dedicated to survey data collection, in B2B and B2C. Independent since 2017 and with expertise gained over many years as a CSA subsidiary, we now offer this field expertise to both advertisers and research institutes.

We provide a solution tailored to your needs at every stage of field execution:

  • Scripting handled in-house.
  • Surveyors monitored and listened to in accordance with ISO 20252 standards.
  • Regular reporting: number of interviews conducted, extraction, TAP, quota progress.

500 regular surveyors with an average seniority of 5 years:

  • Carefully selected to meet the demands of the research profession.
  • Trained in proper survey techniques and CATI usage.
  • Continuously evaluated and monitored to ensure high-quality data collection in compliance with ISO 20252 standards.

16 dedicated supervisory staff:

  • 1 site manager overseeing the company’s operations.
  • 1 B2B field manager and 1 B2C field manager.
  • 2 senior team leaders ensuring adherence to study guidelines.
  • 4 junior team leaders managing teams and verifying verbatim accuracy.
  • 8 supervisors responsible for listening and ensuring continuous data collection quality.

  • Our internet access network is protected against DoS attacks.
  • Our predictive dialing system under Voxco enables automatic number dialing for optimized call pacing.
